By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Cannabis Education or Coaching program offered by Calm, Cool & Collected (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use this program.
These Terms apply to all program offerings, including:
1.2 Learner Acknowledgment & Voluntary Participation
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and affirm that:
Your participation is voluntary, even if recommended or required by a SAP or employer
You have had the opportunity to review these Terms fully and ask questions prior to enrolling
You understand the scope, limits, and nature of the education and coaching provided
You are choosing to participate of your own free will
This program provides education and coaching only.
This program does NOT provide psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment
Participation does NOT create a therapist–client relationship
This program is NOT a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice, or SAP determination
Although facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), all services provided under this program are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and educational/coaching-based only.
If you wish to pursue therapy, you may do so separately through our therapy practice, which requires a separate intake, consent, and agreement and is available only to residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
Informed Participation & Non-Therapeutic Consent
You acknowledge and agree that:
This program is educational and coaching-based only
No mental health diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy is being provided
You are not relying on this program for medical, legal, clinical, or SAP decision-making
You understand the distinctions between education, coaching, and therapy
Coaching services may include:
Educational discussion and instruction
Psychoeducation related to cannabis use, impairment, and workplace responsibility
Goal clarification and values-based decision support
Accountability and structured reflection
Question-and-answer support within program scope
Coaching does not include:
Mental health diagnosis or treatment
Trauma processing
Crisis or emergency intervention
Legal advice
SAP advocacy, representation, or decision-making
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, behavior, and outcomes
Coaching is collaborative and educational, not directive or prescriptive
You retain full responsibility for compliance with SAP, DOT, employer, and legal requirements
You have the right to ask general questions regarding the educational content presented in this program, including inquiries about the sources, research, or reference materials used to develop the curriculum.
Upon reasonable request, Calm, Cool & Collected may, at its discretion, share:
General educational references
Publicly available research sources
Summary explanations of informational foundations
Any materials shared are provided for educational and informational purposes only and:
Do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or clinical advice
Do not imply applicability to your specific situation
Do not create any duty to provide exhaustive citations or individualized explanation
We reserve the right to:
Decline requests that fall outside the scope of the program
Provide summaries rather than full source documents
Withhold proprietary, copyrighted, or internal materials
All educational content is provided as-is, and you remain solely responsible for how you interpret or use the information.
We make no guarantees regarding:
SAP approval or satisfaction
DOT return-to-duty determinations
Employment outcomes or reinstatement
Drug test results, timelines, or consequences
All SAPs, employers, and DOT authorities make independent determinations. Participation in this program does not guarantee, influence, or substitute for any SAP or DOT decision.
Participants may choose to inform a SAP, employer, or third party that they completed this program. However:
Calm, Cool & Collected does not communicate with SAPs, employers, or DOT representatives unless separately contracted in writing
Any materials, summaries, or descriptions shared externally by a participant are done solely at the participant’s discretion and risk
Educational materials are not intended to serve as compliance documentation, clinical evaluation, or SAP recommendation
Calm, Cool & Collected is not responsible for how external parties interpret, evaluate, or accept program materials.
This program is not appropriate for individuals experiencing:
We do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, you are responsible for contacting emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.
Participation in this program does not create:
Coaching interactions are not therapy and are not governed by psychotherapy standards, documentation requirements, or clinical protections.
Coaching communication is limited to:

On-demand access
Crisis support
Emergency availability
We reserve the right to set and enforce professional boundaries around communication.
Group coaching is a shared learning environment.
You acknowledge that:
Confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed
You will not record, distribute, or share session content
You will respect the privacy of other participants
Calm, Cool & Collected is not responsible for disclosures made by other participants.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Right to Withdraw
You may discontinue participation in the program at any time.
Discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
We reserve the right to:
Deny, suspend, or terminate access
Remove participants from coaching sessions
Enforce conduct standards
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
All program materials are proprietary and protected under U.S. copyright law.
You may not copy, record, distribute, or reuse materials without written permission.
Links to third-party websites, including therapy services, are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for external content, policies, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm, Cool & Collected disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from participation, including but not limited to:
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
You acknowledge that participation may involve reflection, discussion, or personal insight related to substance use and workplace responsibility. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional discomfort, misunderstanding of information, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calm, Cool & Collected from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or actions.
We may modify content, coaching format, or delivery methods at any time. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
Use of this program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Information is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Pennsylvania.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Calm, Cool & Collected regarding participation in this program.
